Nest hub wont re link

The wifi point went offline earlier. Tried factory reset as it failed to connect. Restarted setup process. Twice it claimed connected but then stuck at "something went wrong... unable to determine if a google account was already linked".

Make sure your Google Home or Nest device is within 15-20 ft (4-6 m) of the WiFi router. If you have a dual band router, try to set up your device on both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. Make sure WiFi, Location Services and Bluetooth are turned ON on your phone or tablet. Turn OFF mobile/cellular data.

Hey folks,

Thanks for the help, Johnharper1!

Perry1, hopefully the steps above help. Additionally, try reinstalling your Google Home app. You can also use a different phone to check if you'll get the same result.

Keep us posted.

Best,
Alex
