Nest hub

Hello, my next hub of 2020 has remained on the black screen with the G in the background....is there any solution to date, it is only 1 year old...greetings and thanks

Sorry to hear about what happened with your Google Nest Hub. Are you using the original power cable of your Google Nest Hub? If yes, let's go ahead and try these steps.

  1. Place the device in Recovery Mode (unplug the device then hold down (long press) the volume up and volume down buttons while the you plug the device back in. Release the volume button once the device turns back on.)
  2. Attempt a factory reset once device boots into Recovery Mode (hold down (long press) both volume up and volume down buttons at the same time.)

Let me know if this works for you.
