Google should be ashamed to put this product out for public use. Thier big suggestion is to hire an outside group to help you install Nest for $160 with no guarantee it will work. Shame on you Google!!!
Cannot find anyone at Google to help. All I get is the robo call system and the Google Nest help desk line has been disconnected. Apparently Google does not want retail hardware customers. Poor product, poor instructions, terrible customer support!
