Out of nowhere, my nest mini 2nd generation stop working. I have already reset it 4 times and there is always a glitch, and not it is useless. I demand a new one... Hoe come this things happen and Google does nothing? I will have Procon submit a fine to Goggle, this is an absurd. Has anyone had this issue recently and was able to fix... It was working flawlessly a week ago, nothing changed on my network.. This is so frustrating.

Was your reset a factory reset (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7073477?hl=en#zippy=%2Cgoogle-nest-mini-nd-gen)?
You can try contacting Google Nest Support starting with this link to see whether your unit should replaced:
