Nest mini 2nd gen lose wifi connection every day

Hi, I've got a nest mini 2nd gen and been using it for a while with out issues. From some time to now it loses wifi connection every day, and needs to be restored and reconnected. Every single day the same problem. It's impossible to use it like this. Configures ok and works for a little time then loses connection. Won't restart until hard reset, quit it from he and reinstalling it. it's not a router problem, all the other staff works perfect (switches, chromecast, vacuum cleaner, etc...) It's just the nest mini

About your Google Nest Mini, how was the factory reset done? How often does it happen in a day? What is the Firmware version for the affected speaker and any other speakers in the home?

Hello Dan. The article is useless, already did that a thousand times.

The reset was made several timed already, pressing the center of the nest mini untill the sounds. And also unlinking it from home. 

It happens every day and they I get so ungry that I stop trying using it. I feel to trash it and get an Alexia one...

Why will the thread be locked if I'm still having the problem??

Don't lock it untill you guys solve the problem. Don't want to open a new one to do all again

The mini connects properly every time, but loses connection a while later and doesn't get it back on until i do a hard reset and all the procedure of setting it up again in home. Takes time and is a pain in the ass to do it every time I want to use it

I have the same problem described by the community member.  It disconnects every 2 days and I need to go to the google home app to reconfigure the device.

Sorry to hear that. Have you tried connecting your device to a mobile hotspot to check if your device will have the same behavior?

Yes still with the same problem. I haven't got any solution yet. I don't have any question, I just want the nest to work properly

Yes the problem is still there. All other devices at home are working  properly.   I have hotspot on my phone and i cannot stay at home for all the day to test it. Furthermore  the the night mode option is disappeared.

@Fedebensa, thanks for the update. Glad to know that it's working good now.

 

@Tombox, I totally understand. However, it would be best if we can connect it to a different network so we can isolate if this is an issue with the device itself or the network. We'll keep this thread open for few more days until you try to connect it and see if this will rule out the connection issue.

Hi princess, you got it wrong, mine is not working. It has the same problem still. Where you read it's solved?? 

Gets disconnected from internet every single day. After hard reset it will connect again but only for a while. After that gets disconnected and doesn't connect again. I'm sick of this...
