Nest mini & Bluetooth adapter

I use a Google nest mini and a Bluetooth adapter to play Spotify on a Logitech speaker set.

At the beginning of almost each new song the following happens: The song stars playing for just under one second, then interrupts for just under one second. The rest of the song is fine, but same problem with the next song. 

I actually observed that the Spotify time setting sometimes counts from 0:00 to 0:01 and then resets to 0:00 when the problem happens. 

I tried two different Bluetooth adapters already, nothing changed. Other devices like phones and laptops play Spotify with no problems through this setup.

 I was on the phone with Google support and they suggested it must be a faulty device after we went through all the trouble shooting . But now I have a new Google nest mini and the exact same problem again. I saw here that other people have the same problem, but didn't see any solution yet. 

Help would be greatly appreciated,otherwise I have to return my new mini too which would be sad 😞

Hi, what bluetooth adaptaer are you using? My adapter goes really bad interrupts all time the audio, lags, but only with the google nests

I'm using the adapter from Logitech

Hi folks,

 

Understood. Have you tried the factory reset? This erases all your personalized settings and restores the factory default settings. It won’t automatically reconnect to WI-Fi, and you’ll need to set it up again. Check out this link for more information about it.

Yes I tried this already, nothing has changed, I still have the same problem. What else can I try?
