Nest mini keeps going offline daily

Hi

This issue has progressifly been getting worst and worst, where I have to restart the device daily. 

 

I've never had issue, running the same network kit from day 1 when I got the nest mini. 

 

It keeps dropping and going into a offline state, a hard reboot "power removal" resolves the issue but comes back again. 

 

I see this is a wide spread issue has anyone gotten a permanent fix and or does Google and Google engineers even acknowledge the problem?

This camera was mine for two years. forced me to sign up for a Google account to use it. I can't recall my password or login un. I'm now working to get it back to operating. It claims to be associated with another account.

@B1G_WH1T3, we're sorry to hear about this. Could you tell us how many Google speakers are connected to the same Wi-Fi network? If you have multiple speakers, do you also experience the same thing? @kidsprinttshirt, may we know what type of camera are you using? We'd love to know more details of it so we can start some steps.

only 1 speaker, yes I've done multiple factory resets, and also created new SSID's to see if it was the issue.

Wifi is on its own separated channel from other intervening wifi SSID's

This is not a new problem, from what I can google and the community feedback its a wide spread problem.

Thanks for getting back to us. To confirm, have you tried connecting your Nest Mini to a different network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if it exhibits the same behavior? Could you please provide the firmware version of your speaker? Also, could you let us know when and where you purchased your device?
