Hi Google friends!
I have two nest minis and two google home minis. All except for one google home mini got disconnected and I can’t figure out the fix. I did a factory reset on all speakers and on my router, I uninstalled and reinstalled Google Home app, I removed all the devices from the app. I can add the speakers to the google home app, and I can cast from spotify for example, but anytime I say Hey Google it gives me the “something went wrong” message. When I reset and reinstalled the one google home mini that is working, at the end of set up it says something like set up complete. Go to the google home app to see what else I can do. Or something like that. All three other speakers look to be properly set up on the app but don’t give me that audio message. I checked all settings and nothing looks different from the speaker that is working to the other three. Please help! Thank you!
