howdy, my first time to try to get an answer, then I realized that Google has no employees.  Wow

Anyway,  my alarms work, alarm sounds in house.  When I got the system, an alarm would activate and I would receive a text or email (don't remember which) alerting me that an alarm was activated.   But not now; no contact.

If you want fellow customers to provide suggestions in this forum, you'd have to indicate which "alarms" you're referring to. Carbon monoxide? Smoke? Other?
