So I’m haruni and I have a google nest mini 2nd generation and like I say hey google and it lights up but I can’t here it and like I just got this speaker and I threw away my box and receipt and the garbage truck came but like I don’t know why it doesn’t work

The Nest mini has touch pads on the left and right. It could be that you inadvertently touched the left of the thing enough times to silence it. Try touching the right hand side a few times.

Hi Haruni,

Thanks for responding. 

Could you please check if there are any lights showing when you plugged in the Google Nest Mini? Also, have you tried to plug it in using a different power outlet? 

Let's perform a complete reset to your speaker and let's see if that will make any changes as soon as you set it up.
