New network can’t find my speakers

Been using my speakers - 2 minis, nest hub & nest hub max for quite a while without any major problems.

My provider is changing from copper to fibre glass and I have been recently connected to fibre glass network with new inlog details.

Tv, iPad, printer, mobile no problem, but the speakers won’t connect!

I’ve done a factory reset on the nest hubs, the minis didn’t reset.

Failing to connect the 2 nest hubs with the new network, comes up with the network name but when I put the password in I get the message “cannot communicate with nest hub…”

Anyone an idea or tip how to solve this and get them connected? I’ll be happy if I can at least get the two nest hubs on the Wi-Fi (draadloos).

Hi @Pakelekia

You may already have tried some of these steps but I'll link to them in full:

Thank you, yes, I’d tried what I thought was just about everything then I  had an idea which worked, have just finished setting up.

The modem is in the meter cupboard in the public hallway outside my apartment with an amplifier in my lounge.

I attached a very long extension lead to the speaker and stood outside the open door to the meter cupboard with iPad and speaker and managed to connect and set up from there, it worked.

I was afraid that they might disconnect once inside and placed in the appropriate rooms but so far so good!

Thank you David for your response in an case.
