No audio when asking Google hub to set alarm

Google nest hub will not sound the alarm when I ask it now.???? “Hey, Google. Set my alarm for 6:30am”.  Use to work?

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about your Google Nest Hub alarm concern. I'm committed to providing you with excellent customer service and will do everything I can to help you resolve this issue. A few questions: when did it begin? Were there any recent changes made? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? 

 

Try to refresh your devices and observe if it makes a difference. First, reboot your Wi-Fi router, and once the network is back up, do the same thing to your Google Nest Hub.
