Unfortunately, for devices purchased in Mexico, the only option we can give is to have your device replace from the store where you purchased it. You might want to check this link for more info regarding device replacement in Google: https://goo.gle/3RCutSq

Y ahice todo lo que dice el area de soporte de google, la respuesta fue que el producto tenia un defecto, me pidieron que solicitara a mi vendedor (tienda oficial de google en Mercadolibre) que me hiciera el remplazo del equipo. hasta el momento siguen revisando el tema pues no me han hecho ni cambio ni nada.

No sirven para nada ninguno de los encargados de dar solución a algo que es problema de sus aparatos, no de nosotros.

Soy muy fan de Google pero dejan mucho que desear sus productos.

Compré un aparato basura prácticamente.

Hi muddi. No body will do nothing. We have more than one year talking en calling we a google  specialist. This was a  software update or something like that. Its no possible that happened with latam users...

At least, my supplier in Mexico it is not giving me any answer about the failure my device had, despite Google's technicians told me my google nest had a factory defect, also they told me my supplir had the contract obligation to change my device. it has been more than a month that i  had the last contact with them but the y do not give me any answer. I'm so dissapointed about google, i thought you have a better customer service  and a good solving problem process.

This is the case number  1-4035000033177 your Google support team gave me this number, but My seller did not give any number. I bought My device thru MercadoLibre at the Google official store.
 

No van hacer nada. El google nest que compre lo retorne a USA anla tienda y tampoco se hicieron responsables. Fue un fallo general. Y según veo. Fueron la mayoría los de america latina.

La tienda oficial de mercado libre no se hace responsable, a mí ya me autorizaron mi cambio directamente de Google y llevo 8 meses peleando con la tienda de mercado libre simplemente no lo quieren realizar, así que comenzaremos una demanda colectiva, si te quieres unir te dejo mi mail, five _ castro @ hotmail . com  hasta el momento somos 132 personas afectadas las que nos hemos podido unir necesitamos al menos 150 si te interesa escríbeme five_castro @ hotmail . com

Todos necesitamos ayuda, a mí ya no me interesa que me cambien mi nest, mi único objetivo es poner en alerta a toda la gente que compre la basura que vende Google y más aún como nos tratan después. Somos miles los defraudados por Google y la gente debe de saberlo
