No use. I just bought another nest,thinking my older 3 were out of date.Now even this one isn’t able

Now, even this one isn’t working so I’m just going to have to return these dang things and get my money back. Too bad they don’t work like they did when I first got mine. I used to love it now I want to throw it against the wall but instead, I’ll return it and get my money back. Thanks, Linda.

What Google Nest device are you talking about? Why did you think your 3 older ones were "out of date"? When you say the new one "isn't working", what is happening or failing to happen?

This is not the experience we wanted you to have, let me help you. A few things: which Nest speakers are we working with? When did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made? Could you tell me more about the main concern?

 

It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first: 

 

  1. Unplug the power cord of your router followed by your Nest speakers.
  2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes tops.
  3. Restarting your phone might also help.
     

Also, have you already tried contacting Google support? MplsCustomer provides the link above.
