Nooie won't display on Nest Hub

I own a Nooie camera and I am able to set it up in Google Home. When I request that my Nest hub displays the nooie camera, the screen is black and reads "Smart Home Camera." I never see the love feed for the camera. I have tired unplugging both the camera and the nest. Uninstalling and reinstalling the Google Home app.

Hi

Thanks for reaching out.

I appreciate all the details you've shared. Could you please make sure that all these steps are done?

  1. Open the Google Home App and tap the plus sign Add in the main page.
  2. Select Set Up Device > Works with Google.
  3. Search for Nooie in the list, tap to open, confirm the country of Nooie account then enter your Nooie account user name and password.
  4. Tap Link Now to complete.
  5. Once the camera is displayed in the Google Home app, you can use the command to show or hide the camera.
  6. To show the camera say, "Hey Google, show (camera name)".
  7. To hide the camera say, "Hey Google, stop".

As soon as everything is set up, you can also try rebooting these devices (camera, Google Nest Hub and router) simply by unplugging all of them from the power source for a few minutes. That way, we can eliminate network congestion and refreshes your network connection.

Let me know if these steps work.

Best,

Princess
