Notes and Lists on Nest Hub Max

I am having issues with shopping lists and Notes.  When I add items on the Hub Max, it only shows on my Google Keep app and not my families.  Also when I go into setting -Services- notes and list there is only a blank screen.

 

How do i get our shopping lists to display on so my family can see as well when added via the nest hub max.  Family are all added to account

One option that was available in previous versions of Google Assistant has been removed in the latest update. This change was made to continue improving your experience and focus on quality, reliability, and prioritizing the features you love.
