Offline when it's really online

My max hub is saying it's offline when it is not and it's on the same Wi-Fi as my phone

Thanks for reaching out here in the community! I'm sorry to hear that even though your Nest Hub Max is connected to the same WiFi network as your mobile device, it shows that it is offline. I'd be happy to help!

To better investigate the inconvenience, I'd like to ask the following:

  • Is the Google Assistant still working on the Nest Hub?
  • Is your WiFi router dual-band?
  • Has there been any power outage?

Please feel free to share any additional details that might be helpful.
