One Nest audio in group not powering on

Hi,

I have 2 nest audios set up in a group in my living room. One has suddenly stopped working. No lights, nothing. I have tried to mute the Microphone and even the orange light doesn't come on. I tested the power cable by plugging into the speaker that does work and it was fine.

I can't reset it as there's obviously no power.

I bought these from the retailer Curry's in the UK in November 2020 and seen that someone else has recently had this issue and there was a link to a form to fill in and I filled in one too but have heard nothing back.

How do I resolve my issue?
