Hi just received my google max hub today and it won’t turn on. It does nothing. I’ve changed power sources but it just doesn’t work at all.

If you have purchased the Google Nest Hub Max directly from the store or other 3rd party retailer, it would be best to reach out to them to get a real time replacement. If it's purchased from Google Store, please fill out this form and let us know once you're done so we can check it.
