Outlets not available

Hello -

I have a Nest Hub setup and integrated with several things.  I had 4 outlets setup in years past that worked fine.  I use them for Christmas lights.  This year I went to set them up and they no longer worked, so I had to factory reset them and set it all up again.  I did that and now everything is working great, IF I talk to the Google assistant on my phone.  For example if I say Hey Google - Turn on Christmas lights to my phone it does it no problem.  However, with the Nest Hub if I say Hey Google - Turn on Christmas lights it says 3 outlets are not available, and does nothing.  It's like its connected to an old account or not syncing.  To test this I changed the routine to Turn on Halloween lights.  The Hub knows what the command is and still says 3 outlets are not available, so I know the hub is syncing and connected to the correct Home account.  I've resetup and recreated routines several times with the same results.

Why would Google Assistant on my phone behave differently than Google Assistant on the Hub?

Hey there,

Sorry to hear about the frustrations that you're having with the Google Assistant, I'm happy to help.

I would suggest visiting our Google Assistant Forum and writing to them there as this is a question that they would be able to help answer.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Best regards,

Garrett DS
