Pairing speaker

I am unable to pair with my android phone.

Hi  Robsil,

 

Apologies for the inconvenience — let’s check it out. A few questions: are you setting up a Nest speaker using an Android or iOS phone? What is the error message during setup?

 

Here’s what you need to get started:

 

  1. A speaker or display.
  2. Latest version of the Google Home app.
  3. Latest version of the Google Assistant app.
  4. Google Account.
  5. A mobile phone or tablet that:
    1. Has iOS 14.0 or later.
    2. Works with 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi network (a WPA-2 Enterprise network won't work).
    3. Has Bluetooth turned on.
  6. An internet connection and secure wireless network.
    1. Note: You may need to enter your Wi-Fi password during setup.
