Playing Youtube Music on pixel automatically casts to home hub which already is in use.

My wife is playing music on the Nest Hub Max and I decide to play music on my headphones as I work only, my music comes out on the Hub Max without me doing anything. I have to stop my phone casting, at which point my headphones kick in, and my wife has to restart her playlist on the Hub. I think it only happens when using YouTube music on two devices.

Thanks for the reply but to clarify. I am not casting from my phone and then switching to my headphones. I never cast to that device. I only want to hear music on my headphones. My phone is casting without being asked to.  I appreciate you taking the time to respond though. We are using a premium YouTube music account and the issue is only with the app it seems. thanks again
