@maciej Polish language is not supported on the Nest speaker devices and there have not been any announced plans for support or beta access. If it's a language you'd like to see, please leave feedback using your speaker device.
If you have the Home app you can leave feedback there by pressing your profile picture and choosing feedback. Or you can leave feedback with your speaker -- you're not the first to ask for Polish language and I do know assistant on the phone supports it but it isn't on Nest devices.
