Hello,
While playing some fetch games with my dog, I accidentally hit the speaker and it dropped on the ground.
The speaker still works, but the power cable got broken. I would like to buy an original from Google but that doesn't seem to be possible. Does anyone know a working alternative with EU plug so that I can use my Google Nest Audio again? Does anyone know the type or size of the powerjack? Thank you in advance for your help!

Eventually I ordered an original second hand adaptor on Aliexpress with a US to EUR converter plug and it works again. 🙂 I do hope that Google will review this again and provide spare parts themselves... We all have to be ecological etc, but they don't allow us to fix simple things like these?!

Google don't sell replacement power cables or adapters unfortunately. You can buy a replacement power cable or adapter from any local store as long as it meets the requirements detailed in this help centre article.

The help center article doesn´t specify what port kind of powersocket have been used. I´ve ordered a universal power adaptor with 24v output and 30watts, but none of the connections fitted. Thank you in advance for your help.

So there is no way to fix my speaker then? Anyone?!

Hey jerre21,
Thanks for reaching out, and I apologize for the late response.
Sorry to hear about your Google Nest Audio. Please note that Google doesn't sell a power cable for Google Home/Nest devices. We recommend you to check with the local stores near you and bring the power cord along with your device so they can test if the replacement cord will work or not.
For device specifications, please visit this link.
I hope this helps.
Cheers,

I am having the same issues - bought three adaptors online as you cannot find any replacements in the shops . Nothing matches even with the specs … any helps would be appreciated

Hey folks,
Thanks for sharing details about the issue here. My apologies for the late response.
Sorry to hear about what happened to your Google Nest Audio's power adapter. Currently, Google doesn't sell a replacement cord for any Google Home/Nest devices. You could always check with the local stores near you, and I suggest you bring the device with you so you could test it. You can visit this link for device specification and details about the power adapter.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Muddi
