Problem with display language of Google Nest

Hi,

I have problem with display language in Google Nest which is alter very often in German.  I change it manually through Google assistant on Google Home App and in after day the language is changes again. It  is worth mentioning that the language that we speak (Google Nest and I) is English. I bought Google Nest in greek market. Also on device information in Google home app mentain the following:
