Problem with my hub max

Hi, I am in the uk and I can't see my apps on my google hub max, there is no see all tab. I have seen that this might be because it is not in my area but when I first got it I could see the apps. I have tried a full reset and still no apps. This is my firmware version 

System firmware - 10.20221207.2.109

Cast firmware -
