Quick response to an ongoing problem...Nest App shows thermostat as offline, but the actual Nest is

To fix the issue outlined above you first have to remove the thermostat from the NEST APP....then RE-INSTALL it as in ADD PRODUCT. The instructions are pretty clear on how to add. It should then return ONLINE.
