I'm having several issues that I believe may be related. The biggest issue is that we can no longer effectively control the lights in the house. When asking to turn on the kitchen lights for example we'll get a message that Google cannot connect to Phillips Hue. When asking for the office lights, Google cannot connect to Sylvania. If we ask repeatedly, usually more than 5 times, it'll work. Issues also happen when asking for other things like setting a timer. The last error was sorry, there was a glitch please try again. A more recent problem is when making a request a Google Home in a different room responds even though I'm right next to a device. It's all becoming very frustrating. I'm not sure if it's related or just coincidence but the issues seem to really escalate after installing a Nest thermostat. Any advice to help this long time Google family will be greatly appreciated.

Hi, thanks for the follow up. I ended up moving the Google WiFi extender inside the house (5ft from where it was) and that solved the issue. I didn't think it would make a different since the router is only about 30ft away.

Hey there,
Sorry for the late response, but I wanted to drop in here to help.
I understand that these issues can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.
Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?
I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Garrett DS
