How do I get Google to read the whole shopping list?
previously it used to say.. “Would you like to hear more?’
Now it just says you have 2 more….. but I can’t figure out how to get it to read the extra items
Really stupid update removing functionality!!!!!

Hi Loony,
Thanks for reaching out. I'm here to assist you with your shopping list issue. We'll work together to identify the cause of the problem and find a solution. A few questions: what Nest speaker or display are we working with? When did it begin? Were there any recent changes? Are you getting the same response when you use your phone’s Google Assistant? Also, what steps have you taken so far?
Let’s try to refresh your devices and observe if it makes a difference. First, reboot your Wi-Fi router, and once the network is back up, do the same thing to your Google Nest speaker or display.
Regards,
Juni

Using the original Google Home.
router has been rebooted 4 or 5 times since problem began..
and so has Google home
Problem started about 5 or 6 weeks ago
no changes to my network.. but I suspect software updates to Google, as I notice other subtle changes in how it runs routines
tried a test with 8 things on the list
Google home lists 5 items then says “.. and 3 others”
using assistant on my phone and typing the request prints all 8 items on the screen
cheers

Hi there,
Thanks for the details you’ve shared. Try the factory reset; this erases all your personalized settings and restores the factory default settings. It won’t automatically reconnect to WI-Fi, and you’ll need to set it up again. Check out the article below to know more about it.
Factory reset Google Nest or Home speakers or displays
