I accidentally deleted my Google hub. When I finally figured out reconnecting the camera didn’t connect. When I scan the QR to reconnect, the message says it’s connected to a different account, but it isn’t… how do I reset and reconnect properly?

Sorry to hear about your experience with your device, but thanks for bringing this up. To confirm, is it a Google Nest Hub Max? If yes, are you using the same account when you first set it up? How many home structures do you have on the Google Home app? How many accounts are linked? Have you check "Other Cast devices" if your Nest Hub Max is showing?

I hope you see this. Yes I did get it working. I thought I’d replied previously, but it doesn’t show so I apologize for such a delay. I ended up doing a factory reset. Turns out it was helpful to go through all the settings again since I was new with the device the first time.

Sorry to those that I can’t seem to get replies to. I ended up doing a factory reset and starting over on my Hub. But it was a good thing as I got to go through the new user walk through now that I have more experience with it and it was actually very helpful.
