Reminder displays all day on Nest Hub

I have daily reminders set in Google Home on my hub.  With Alexa when a reminder popped up I said "Alexa Stop" and it stopped.  When I say Hay Google Stop or Go Back, it goes to the home screen, but a panel continues to show the reminder for the rest of the day.

Is there some other command I need to use to get Google to not continue showing the reminder?

Hi raylinds,

Thanks for reaching out. That is a great question! I would be more than happy to help provide an answer.

If you do not want to see a reminder anymore, I would recommend adjusting your notification settings or deleting the actual reminder.

Managing notifications on your Display:

  1. Make sure the mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as the Google Home or Google Nest device.
  2. Open the Google Home app Google Home app.
  3. At the top right, tap Settings  and then Recognition & sharing and then Recognition & Personalization.
  4. To turn on notifications, first turn on Allow personal results.
  5. Scroll down, then choose how personal results should appear.
  6. To turn off notifications, tap Never show proactively.

To a delete a reminder, you can use these commands:

"Delete my reminders for tomorrow."

"Delete reminder to [title]."

"Delete the reminder from Elizabeth.”

"Delete all of my reminders."

Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns, thank you!
