I have a 7am scheduled Routine to turn on the lights in my house. This routing has worked reliably for 3 years. In August 2022 it became intermittent and now it rarely starts. Is there something I can do?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. A few things: Were there any recent changes on your routines that you made prior to the issue started? What troubleshooting steps did you take? Which Nest speaker?
If you did the reboot, try to delete the routine and re-create it. Looking forward to your response.

I did quite a bit of troubleshooting and couldn't figure out why it wasn't triggering. I deleted it and created a new routine. The new routine is working.
