Captions are on, always used to work. Just a few weeks ago the captions don’t show up anymore. I try and turn them on but nothing changes. Nothing is displayed. App is updated, all the accessibility settings are on. I don’t know why it’s not working.

Google nest hub won't connect to wifi
Changed my broadband provider today and the nest hub just won't connect to wifi. Have tried, factory resetting the hubsplitting the 2.4 and 5ghz networksturning the router on and off. Nothing seems to work. Please can anyone help?
