I solved this by doing a hard reset on the router itself, there's a button on the bottom/back of it.I had to set up the network again, but I just used the same name and password and everything connected automatically

I contacted Google who have said it sounds like an Eero/ Talk talk issue. So I'm now trying to contact them for some solution
