This is been going on for years. Lower volume when using YouTube music through home speakers. Can never get the Nest Cam’s from Max Hub’s to work for more than 5 minutes.

These people have the balls to change premium prices for music, and Nest aware?
Seriously Google…you suck!

Hi Captain565,

 

Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you. A few questions: 

 

  1. What is the error message when the built-in camera of your Nest Hub Max stops streaming? Is it before or after 5 minutes?
  2. Should you reboot your Nest Hub Max to work again?
  3. Which music provider changed premium pricing? Have you already tried to contact them for more information?
  4. Does the low volume only happen when playing music through YouTube Music? How about videos via YouTube?

 

It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first: 

 

  1. Unplug the power cord of your router, followed by your Nest speakers.
  2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes.
  3. Restarting your phone might also help.

 

Try to replicate you concerns and tell me how it goes.
