Hi there
I have just bought the Google nest hub second generation but when I go into settings it seems there are many settings missing including the sleep sense calibration. Please can you advise if I’m missing anything??

If you go to the Google Home App, scroll through your device list and select the Google Nest Hub Gen 2, Select the "gear", you don't see the device information?

Thanks for the reply. I do have all those settings in the app. But when setting up sleep sense it tells me to open the settings on the Nest device. It’s here that I appear to be missing several settings (I can see lots of other settings available to other users when I watch video tutorials).

Hey there,
I understand that these issues can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.
Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?
Please let me know.
Best regards,
Garrett DS

So I’ve tried following several walkthroughs. I’ve reset the device to factory settings. It just seems that the sleep sense settings are missing in the Hub.

I don't know whether this helps, but it seems the Sleep Settings are only available on the 2nd generation Google Nest Hub in certain countries: https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Apps-Account/Sleep-sensing-missing-from-nest-hub/m-p/20402
(I'm just another Google Nest customer, and so have no special insights.)

Yeah look I can only conclude it’s a country issue. But I’ve given it a good go, with other problems like photo frame working one day, then grey screen the next… the device isn’t great and appears to be full of glitches. One thing Apple has for it… everything just works and works effortlessly. This device and google devices aren’t for me. Returned and refunded.
hey. Thanks for your time/care.
