Setup a PIN? Recommended by Schlage Door Unlock

I have a Schlage lock and it works with Google Home.  The doors lock just fine.  I didn't think unlock was an option, but the other day, I tried it and it said I needed to setup a PIN for it to work.  I don't know where to setup a PIN option?

Thanks for posting in the community! I'd be happy to help you set a PIN, but unfortunately, this isn't a Nest product. There are some video tutorials online that explain how to set it up. For further support give our friends at Schlage support a shout. They're the best team to help you find out what's happening with your lock.

Thanks AxelD.  Your response is confusing.  You say, "this isn't a Nest product",  I get it. I did reach out to Schlage support, but they said the PIN is a Google Home thing.  So, I'm caught between the two.  You also say there are some video tutorials on how to set it up.  Are those with Schlage?
