Ist ther a way to set / See Alarms / sleep Timer in Google mini without saying it... Control by App?

Yes, it would be a routine.  From the Google Home App, Choose the Routine button, Then click on the + button, follow the prompts to build your routine to wake you up a specific time. 

You can always ask "Ok Google, what alarms are set" by the device itself.
