Google hasn't shared any information about it's plans to expand this feature for Costa Rica, sorry.

Gilcaavi, Google Nest Hub isn't officially supported in Costa Rica so some features may or may not work. Also, Sleep sensing is powered by Soli and it's not supported in your country as well. We're always trying to improve and to introduce our devices to different countries — we'll take it as feedback.
