Do a factory reset once you have turned off preview program and it will revert.

Really odd I just checked , currently the preview and public firmwares are supposedly the same version

I wonder if they pulled the preview firmware? I have a 1st gen mini with the same firmware as you but have not noticed any issues. How is the wifi signal strength where your mini is located?

Wifi is good and it is about 1 m near wifi. It is slow response first question. After it there is no problem it is working good. But if i wait 1 minute and then slowe response again.
