Some audio recordings are missing, some not

If I say "Ok Google, remind me tomorrow about carwash", I will find the activity under myactivites labeld as "changed reminder", but no audio record is available. If I say "Ok Google, Turn the light on" a minute later, I find the activity and the audio recording of my voice.

Why are so many actvities without a playable record and other habe the record. Same device.

• If you have a display device, can you see the reminder notification on the screen?
• Do you have Personal Results and Voice Match turned on?
• Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? If so, could you please list them?

Models: Google Home mini, Nest Mini, Nest Hub 2Gen (same issue, always missing records for some actions)

The reminder is shown on my smartphone at the chosen date and time. It works fine. Just the audio is missing. Google misunderstood the word/text I was saying and I forgot, what i told him exactly. I wanted to check the record, so I would listen to my voice, to find out, what I ment. As I already did in the past. But the audio record is not available for some type of commands.

Voice match is active. Personal results are active. Otherwise it would not be shown at my personal activites. Keeping audio data is active in Google settings (otherwise I would not see any record at all)

I use https://myactivity.google.com/

The Audio is missing sometimes, see attached picture:

Btw, the same issue with adding things to a list. I can see the activity, but not a audio record. If google is misunderstanding me, I can not listen to what I have said.

But if I turn the light on, an audio record is available.
