Some features stopped working on google nest hub

About a month ago, our google home display stopped broadcasting.  I used to use it to broadcast to the home mini speakers in other rooms of the house.  One morning I said, "Hey Google, broadcast" and instead of replying with "What's the message" it replied with "You can broadcast voice messages in your home if you have two or more google assistant devices like speakers, smart displays, or smart clocks. To send a message to all devices, say "broadcast" and then the message. To send a message to a specific device, you can say something like "Broadcast to the living room, dinner is ready." Quote"

I can broadcast from the mini's and my phone and it will come through the display, and I can reply to those messages from the display.  However I can not initiate a new broadcast from the display regardless of how I ask it to do it.

That same time, we also noticed that the display will no longer search for recipes online or show my cookbook of recipes that I have saved.  If I ask for it to show me my cookbook, I just get a reply telling me how to do exactly what I just did: "To find the recipes you've saved in cookbook, you can say "Show me my cookbook."  When I ask it to find a recipe online it says "Sorry, I don't know how to help with that."

All of these things seemed to just stop working over night so I was hoping it was just an update that went wrong and it would fix itself, but it still is behaving the same way.  Please help me fix it!  My display has lost the capability to perform some of the features I used the most.
