Too bad nobody replied to this. One of my Hubs all too often doesn't respond to "commands" the first time but says "Something went wrong, try again in a few seconds." Very bothersome. It also will respond, saying there was a glitch, when I say "Stop" and simply want to...stop.

Not agree with the agressive wording, however i have the same issue since about three weeks ago. Everything worked properly for years until then.

Read about a solution having to create a new device group for every device.

I have 27 devices connected around the house and I don't wanto have to reconfigure everything again.

Since it's a new problem that happens to several users Google should find a solution that doesn't require hours of reconfiguration tasks from users.

Hi everyone,

Thanks for reaching out.

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing this. If reset has been done, we'd be happy to take a look into this for you. Please fill out this form with all the needed information then let me know once done.

Best,

Princess

What are you hiding? Why can't you just tell us what happened, why is doesn't and how to resolve the issue?  why do I need to complete a form?

This is my argument with google; you don't care about customers, only meeting your monthly quota of issues closed under your watch.

Impress us all and tell everyone how to resolve this issue without the snake oil and car salesman gimmicks.

Hi NotaGooogleFan,

We're sorry for the inconvenience. We needed you to fill out the form so we can get info that we can't disclose via a public post. This includes the serial number of your Google Nest speakers. From there, we can also check your warranty options.

Best,

Princess

  • Thats like asking me for the the VIN number to my car so you can tell me why the tire wont hold air.  Nah! You make it too hard to be a Google (anything) user.  I'm dismantling my Google Home system and replacing it with an Echo Smart Home system.   I'm done with all the worthless Google junk that never works correctly.  Thanks anyhow.

Hi NotaGooogleFan,

We truly understand how challenging it can be not having a working device when needed. We'd like to make it up to you by assisting you via email. Let us know if you're still willing to work with us so we can check the form you submitted.

Best,

Princess
