I get the same answer for more and more questions or what i ask for. Its “Sorry, I don't know where to play the video. Please tell me the excact name off the screen.” I mean, I just asked to open settings and the answer was that sentence. Why does this happen?

What Nest devices do you have there and what is the exact command that you're trying to give? Where are you giving the command to? Has it been working before? Apologies for the questions but, it would really help narrowing things down to find the best solution.
