During tour can't swipe past demo "curated art" screensaver

Unboxed and setting up Nest Hub 2nd Generation. Tutorial not working - stuck on swipe left instruction; can't get beyond visual of "Curated Art" demo screensaver. I took video of issue: https://youtu.be/4raXWBxC0ec

We're sorry to hear about what's happening right now with your Google Nest Hub. I also appreciate the video you sent and it's clear that you can't swipe it. Have you already tried skipping the tutorial and test it out to see if you will also experience the same? Let's perform a complete reset first on your Google Nest Hub and see if this will fix the issue.

Thanks Princess, I opted to skip the rest of the tour and just set it all up. I won't reset now that I've linked everything and set up my home. But seems this tour issue is documented by a few people already.
