Connect my speaker to the WiFi.

Thank you for your message. No worries, let's get your speaker connected to your WiFi so that you can jam out to your favorite music. I would be more than happy to look into this issue and help find a solution with you. First, I have some questions:
  • Which speaker is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
  • Is this the first time you are setting up the device?
  • Is this a new issue? Was your Google Nest Mini connected to WiFi before?
  • Is your device powering on?
  • What error message are you getting from the Google Nest Mini? What does it say?

Hello everyone, 

Thanks for posting — let's get this sorted out.

Make sure that your Google Home app is up-to-date. You can clear the cache and if that does not work, uninstall and reinstall the app before setting up the Google Home speaker. Try to also forget the Wi-Fi network by doing the following steps: open the phone's Settings > Connection > Wi-Fi > Tap on your network name > Select Forget network. Do the same steps again to reconnect.
