I have tried all sorts of things from disconnecting resetting my speakers and starting over to set up speaker groups through Google home, but when I try to play music to a speaker group it will not it says that the speaker groups are not connecting to Wi-Fi. When I go under each individual speaker I can get it to play but not as a speaker group. Please help us. There are seven Google mini speakers throughout our spaces and we are simply trying to get them to play music all at once. We can't even get that. I'm disappointed because we bought seven of these thinking it could work like it does at my home.

Hey Holatony,
Thanks for reaching out. I know how challenging it can be when you're having issues playing music on your speaker group. Let's dig deeper into this - when did the issue start? Are you using a dual-band router? Do you have a network extender or repeater? How far are your devices from your router? Are you having the same issue when casting music from your phone to the speaker group?
Please try these steps below:
Let me know how it goes.

Hey Holatony,
Thanks for that information. To confirm, are you seeing 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz networks? If yes, could you try setting up 2 speakers on 5.0 GHz and check if you still have issues creating a speaker group. Please make sure to reset those speakers first before connecting to a different network band.
Also, to eliminate network issues, you can also try setting up your device using a mobile hotspot. Please note that you will need two mobile devices for this setup (one will serve as a router and the other to be used to set up your Google Nest Mini).
Keep us posted.
Cheers,
Muddi
