I only use the Nest Hub and a mini in my speaker group. If I do get them both set to a speaker group it won't play on both. Then one of them disappears completely. When trying to create a new speaker group for them, only one shows up - try it later and both show up but won't play as a group. I use to love this feature of Google products but only encounter constant frustration now. The law suit should not impact this as I only make one speaker group for the two speakers I have.

Does your hub see your other nest? When you go into home control, then speakers, your speakers should be there.
In the home app, when you click on the speakers in the group, make sure they are both on the same wifi and I also like to check if they seem to be in the same IP range.
Best of luck

Thank you for your reply, Sometimes they both show up in Home, other times just one does. When I can select them both for the group it isn't long before one speaker disappears. I've reinstalled Home, checked wifi source but don't know how to check the IP range.
