Spotify playlists not synching

I have used Spotify Premium for years.  I have always been able to say "Hey, Google shuffle my playlist xxxx" and it would work.  I have recently created new playlists and Google assistant will not play any of them.  If I ask the display to show me my playlists, it shows several old playlists that no longer exist and none of my new playlists.

I have relinked my spotify account, factory reset my hub, removed and re-added it, cleared cache/reinstalled spotify and Home apps on my phone.  It still shows outdated playlists and none of the new.  How can I force it to update playlists from Spotify?
