Stereo pair slow in playing or the speaker not playing

i have recently bought nest mini to test the stereo pair and connect it to my andriod tv that uses bluetooth 5.0. 

i managed to pair both the speaker and pair it to the TV. however, i experienced the following

1. nest mini speaker and TV not in sync. the speakers are slower in playing.

2. left nest mini speaker will play the sound and the right speaker stop playing any sound.
